Second Therapist Visit
My second therapist visit was at the end of August.
We discussed my messy marriage. The custody of my child with
my ex husband.
My boyfriend now. The death of one of my parents.
Blah...blah...blah...blah...
I am not sure this is getting anywhere.
I do not seem to be getting the answers I seek.
Maybe there are no answers.
At the end of the visit she asked me if I wanted to keep coming to her or
if I just wanted to continue to see the psychiatrist.
I thought..."what, am I done?"
I am not done. I will not accept this and just sit back with my meds in hand.
I scheduled another visit in another month.
This should give me sometime to find an alternative plan.
