The High Times
Mania is the "High Time" of the disorder. It has a mixture of symptoms.
I have experienced rapid speech, racing thoughts and an abundance of energy.
My sleep has decreased to barely a few hours a night. Some nights none at all without missing it.
You might think this could be a good thing.
I mean, I got a lot of house cleaning done in short amounts of time.
But it has its price.
I became irritable, short tempered, my patience ran out.
Lack of sleep wreaks havoc on your body, runs its defenses down.
Eventually, after floating for so high for so long you will crash.
I crashed.
